We are seeking enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join our established team and be a part of a company that really makes a difference.
Main duties of the job
You will be working within our purpose-built health Centre on the Greenwich Peninsula, serving c12,500 patients. The practice is only a 10 min walk from North Greenwich Underground station and the O2, with access to shops, restaurants, and cinema. It has good transport links and parking available on site for staff.
As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be supported by, and work with, a diverse multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical friendly staff, providing high quality, person-centred, holistic nursing care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices, including screening, assessment, and treatment.
Role Requirements
* Current NMC Registration
* Experience of working in a Primary Care environment
* Commitment to patient care
* To adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Professional Conduct and to be conversant with The Scope of Professional Practice and other NMC advisory papers
* To use evidence-based practice to develop and maintain high quality clinically effective and cost-effective primary care
* To participate in and provide clinical supervision as required
* To participate in research within the practice, as appropriate
