Job Purpose:
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to work on a Precision Nutrition Spoke Project within the Nutrition Platform of the Co-Centre for Sustainable Food Systems. The role will focus on the development and testing of marine derived bioactive ingredients/supplements. In addition, the project will investigate attitudes to sustainable marine derived ingredients as part of a healthy diet.
