Their open-door policy ensures anyone in crisis can access free, immediate counsellingno appointment needed. They are now seeking a part-time Assistant Care Team Manager to oversee weekend counselling operations, support staff and volunteers, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care and strategic service development. Key Details: ?? Hours: Sat & Sun, 10am6pm (15 hrs/week) ?? Salary: £32,500 pro rata ?? Location: Belfast (with occasional travel) Essential Criteria: previous management experience Level 4 counselling qualification Minimum 200 hours post-qualification clinical experience Registered with BACP, BABCP, IACO or NCPS Experience managing staff and working in multi-agency settings Full driving licence & access to transport Benefits: ?
