Recruitment Consultant: Fast Paced Temporary Labour Hire: Leeds

Here at Alliance Workforce, we pride ourselves on being the only labour hire company in the UK to concentrate all its efforts on supplying temporary, contract Decorators, throughout the UK.
Due to internal promotions, we require an additional consultant to join our team.
Main duties to include:
· Part of a small team you will be helping to maintain excellent working relationships with existing clients, by telephone and face to face visits.
· Contacting “lapsed clients” to remind them of our unique service and win back their business.
· Target new business, using various methods to include calls, social media, networking events, CRM data etc.
· Taking detailed information from the client for each project they require labour on
· Work with the team to assist in filling temporary decorating assignments throughout the UK.
· Deal with any site issues in a professional manner when they arise.
· Having constant communication, both telephone and face to face, with clients and Decorators
· Obtaining client feedback on the Decorators we send to site.
· Helping to ensure the background/suitability of all Decorators before we send them to site.
Attributes Required:
· Being a positive, driven, energetic, focussed, team player is a must in this fast past environment.
· You must be able to work as part of a small team, all aiming for the same result.
· Have exceptional Business Development and Account Management skills.
· Ideally be from a fast-paced temporary recruitment background, or have outstanding Business Development and Account Management experience in a similar fast paced service environment.
· Be IT literate, to include Word, Excel, and Outlook
