We are currently seeking a Records & Data Administrator to join our clients dedicated team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective organisation and management of both paper-based and digital records, contributing to their commitment to high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities of the Records & Data Administrator include:
* Review, organise, and catalogue paper-based and digital records for accessibility and accuracy
* Collaborate with team members to identify gaps and improve existing data management systems
* Devise and implement effective systems for record and file management
* Digitise key documents while ensuring compliance with archival standards
* Undertake data processing and entry to facilitate the transition to digital systems
* Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information throughout all activities
* Assist with daily office operations, including answering calls and meeting preparation
Requirements of the Records & Data Administrator include:
* Strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail
* Experience in records management, data administration, or a related field
* Proficiency in record-keeping or document management software
* Knowledge of digitisation processes and relevant technology
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
* Capability to manage large volumes of information efficiently
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative teamworker
