Service Delivery Manager
Chester
GBP 39,622 : GBP 41,708 per year
40 hours per week : Monday to Friday : 8:00am : 4:30pm
We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Planned and Minor Works Team team based in Chester. As Service Delivery Manager you will cover different sites across the North Region, your daily activities will include coordinating a team of Electricians and Decorators on repairs/installation and organising the team to work on all stock across the region, reacting to and dealing with emergencies as they arise. You will be provided with a company van and will have opportunities to develop your career within Sanctuary.
The role of Service Delivery Manager will include:

Overseeing repairs and refurbishment projects, ensuring they are carried out to a high standard

Inspecting works completed to ensure these represent value for money e.g. efficient use of materials
:
Maintaining compliance for health and safety, ensuring this is promoted and adhered to
:
Handling complaints and breakdowns in service to meet customer expectations
:
Working with colleagues to ensure work is arranged, prioritised and completed in an efficient manner
:
Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure the customer is our main focus.
Skills and experiences:

To ensure full compliance with Building Safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to NVQ Level 3 as an Electrician, currently undertaking the qualification or prepared to undertake this qualification with the support of Sanctuary Group.

Recent experience of undertaking a similar role, preferably within a building maintenance or facilities management environment

Working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation
:
Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads

Basic user of Microsoft Office packages, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook (or similar)

This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
