As a dedicated Connections Team Leader, you will be an integral part of achieving this, while always striving to keep our customers power flowing. You will be a Team Leader responsible for the Major Works Connections team. Responsible for the proficient operation of each day, acting as a customer ambassador to provide the best customer experience on behalf of Northern Powergrid whilst ensuring all KPIs are met.
Key Responsibilities

The Connections Team Leader is accountable for:
* Leadership: Guide and motivate the Connections administration team with your exceptional leadership skills.
* Work Allocation: Prioritise and distribute tasks effectively to ensure we meet our SLAs and deliver outstanding service.
* Performance: Drive key performance measures, ensuring timely completion of tasks and a great service for our customers.
* Innovation: Support and implement new initiatives and projects, ensuring they are successfully embedded and deliver the desired outcomes.
* Development: Conduct one-on-one meetings to support colleague growth and consistently achieve great performance.
* Exemplary Management: Lead by example, adhering to business policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer experiences and embodying our company values.
* Safety First: Maintain a safety-first approach for both our internal and external customers.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
Minimum qualification of 2 A-Levels C or above OR NVQ Level 3 OR ONC in Business Management
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
Customer service skills
Understanding of the power distribution network
