The role
The Assisted Living Co- Ordinator is responsible for supporting the Assisted Living Coordinator in the overall management and success of the general assisted living community. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, motivating and developing team members, as well as delivering a high standard of resident care, driving results in a fast-paced environment and communicating effectively with families and professional bodies alike.
About you
NVQ 2 essential, NVQ 3 desirable
Proven experience in long term care, assisted living, the hospital industry, or other human services field - experience with seniors preferred
Supervisory and management experience
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good organisational and time management skills
IT skills including Word and Excel
