THE POSITION
The Program Manager - MicroElectronics will support the management and contractual day-to-day activities of the program under the supervision of a Sr. Program manager or Program Director. The Program Manager's scope includes program execution, meeting AOP commits, planning, tracking, and managing contractual correspondence, baseline change management, documentation, proposal approvals, negotiations, and other ad hoc tasks.
The Program Manager has primary responsibility for change management and proposal submission, including fee analysis and self-assessment of incentive/award fee-bearing contracts. As a liaison with Honeywell finance, the Sr Program manager will be responsible for contract deliverable reports provided to the customer as it relates to funding requirements and estimates to complete.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Program Execution
* Meeting AOP Commits (Revenue & Margin) goals
* Management of SDRLS/CDRLS and submission
* Shipment of Hardware
* Contractual briefs
* Programmatic review support
* Coordinating approvals for key acquisition or change efforts
* Negotiation support, Fee assertion
* Intra company work efforts
* Customer monthly funds status reporting
* Internal EAC support
* Risk and opportunity management
* EAC / EVMS variance analysis and if required get to green initiatives.
* Coordination with HON Law & Contracts for terms review, approvals, and ad hoc L&C inputs as required
U.S. CITIZEN REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, the candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
* Incentive Eligible
* Salary Range: $129,000 - $161,000

YOU MUST HAVE
* 2+ years Program Management or Project management experience.
* 5+ years of Government Contract Experience
* Extensive experience managing FAR 12 / FAR 15 efforts.
* Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance, ability to obtain TS/SCI
* Willing to work out of our MicroElectronics Center in Plymouth, MN
* Bachelor’s Degree
WE VALUE
* Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or Business disciplines.
* Master’s Degree in Engineering, Science or Business.
* Dispute Resolution
* Experience leading, planning, conducting and concluding contract negotiations with DOD.
* Ability to integrate and track contractual documents as it pertains to scope
* Creative business deal structures
