Closing date is indicative only and this vacancy may close without notice when sufficient applications have been received Main duties of the job Some of the main duties include: Processing of Homecare prescriptions and entering on to the JAC stock management system. To run weekly reports on supplier payments and liaise with the accounts payable team to ensure invoices are paid promptly in accordance with trust SFI's. Work with the Homecare and Medical Gases Technician to ensure homecare service medicine prices are kept up to date with homecare companies and on the Pharmacy system. Support the Homecare and Medical Gases Technician to build Homecare frameworks on JAC. To process daily orders of Pharmaceuticals using JAC software. To use Medecator (ordering system) and be able to process Pharmacy orders electronically.
