Mobile Maintenance Assistant
Location: Invergordon County Community Hospital (required to travel)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 16:30, + Plus on call on rota basis
Contract: Permanent - Full time

Your new role
What you’ll do:
* Ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards of the Project Agreement between RFM and NHS Highland.
* Undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work, either independently under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager or as assistant to a maintenance tradesman.
* Support the healthcare objectives of the client with respect for the dignity and privacy of the patient group.
* Control and coordinate subcontractors attending PPMs and reactive tasks at the site, ensuring adherence to RFM policies and procedures.
* Ensure the safe operation of all plant, equipment, and tools.
What you’ll need:
* HEVAC knowledge (desirable but not essential)
* Knowledge of commercial/industrial plumbing installations
* Knowledge of electrical power distribution systems/lighting systems
* Knowledge of commercial/industrial gas installations; an accreditation in domestic equipment and dwellings would be advantageous
* Mechanical experience
* Full driving licence
The successful candidate will require a DBS/Disclosure Check
Who we’re looking for:
The postholder will work as part of a flexible team with continuing responsibility for the provision of comprehensive, high-quality property maintenance. Based at County Community Hospital Invergordon but covering sites throughout the North of Scotland, the postholder will be expected to undertake any property maintenance work within their range of competence.
