As a Sales Supervisor, you will lead a team of sales staff, making sure they follow store policies, complete tasks, and reach sales targets. You’ll keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked for customers. You’ll train team members on customer service, product knowledge, and store procedures, while managing inventory by checking stock levels and ordering items when needed. You’ll also assist customers with questions, complaints, and returns in a friendly way. Setting up displays to attract customers and supporting special promotions or sales events are also part of the role to help drive store traffic and sales.
