Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Production Facility Administrator to join our growing team, working with a high-profile automotive manufacturer. The role will support the installation team in a fast-paced environment, providing them with the necessary resources to undertake their role effectively. There are career progression opportunities available. The role is subject to a 90-day probationary period.
Core Duties
1. Pre-installation inspection of vehicles
2. Driving vehicles around the installation facility
3. Help maintain and organize facility – stock, vehicles, consumables, etc.
4. Keep installation bays stocked with supplies, tools, and parts
5. Washing, claying, and preparing cars to a high standard
6. Plotting car components for installation
7. Assist installers with post-installation inspections
8. Clean/wipe down vehicles to prepare them for application and delivery
9. Understand, implement, and maintain the consistency of the facility standards
10. Perform final quality inspections on outgoing vehicles
11. General cleaning duties within the facility as required
Job Requirements

3. Ability to work well with others and possess good team-building skills
4. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
5. Valid driving license and reliable mode of transport
6. Over the age of 28 years due to facility-required driving restrictions
7. Comfortable using general IT programs such as Excel
