We are a small, successful company based in Rutherglen, supplying equipment to the Oil & Gas and other industries. We are presently seeking an Office Administrator/Sales Co-Ordinator with excellent organisational skills, who is able to work on their own initiative, as well as being part of a team.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail
* Proficiency in MS Office Products including Word & Excel
* Experience of producing quotations, purchase orders and invoices
PREFERRED SKILLS:
* Experience of computer based accounting packages, such as Sage or similar
* Experience of working within a technical sales support role
* Previous exposure to/working knowledge of the Oil & Gas and energy sectors
* Knowledge and experience of Apple Macintosh computers and systems
