HR Officer, 6 month FTC - Leading London University - up to £40,
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with experience of the full employee lifecycle including recruitment.
Reporting into the Senior HR Officer you will be responsible for providing excellent recruitment and operational HR advice, support, and guidance to managers and staff.
Your key accountabilities will include:-
1. Proactively managing recruitment campaigns from end-to-end with a focus on the customer experience
2. Planning campaign timetables with managers and advising on advertising, job descriptions, assessment and selection methods
3. Ensuring that the recruitment policies are consistently applied
4. Maintaining recruitment and candidate data on the e-recruitment system
5. Acting as the first point of contact for all new starters
6. Advise managers and staff on policies and procedures relating to terms and conditions of employment
7. Reviewing, developing and updating forms, policies, procedures and documents relating to recruitment and HR operations
8. Supporting the maintenance of documentation relating to UKVI compliance
You should be an HR professional with a good knowledge of the employee lifecycle including recruitment. A Customer service focus needs to be combined with experience of using e-recruitment systems and HR databases. Excellent communication skills are essential.
