Working pattern: 11.45am – 1.45pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: Pathway 1, £5,304 - £5,387 (FTE £23,656 – £24,027)

Your role:
As a Catering Assistant at Warboys Primary Academy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a high level of food preparation and service. You will provide courteous and efficient service to children, staff, and visitors, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food hygiene and health & safety standards. Your responsibilities will include washing up, serving lunches, and clearing the dining hall after service. You will also assist the kitchen staff with cleaning duties and promote a welcoming atmosphere within the department.
You already have a basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene, and an understanding of health and safety practices. Experience in a catering environment and working with children is desirable. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team, building positive relationships with young children, staff, and other adults within the school. A commitment to equality, diversity, and safeguarding policies is essential.
