Job Description
As a Facilities Manager your responsibilities will include:
* Lead the Facilities Management team to ensure efficient daily operations.
* Develop and implement Facilities Management policies and procedures.
* Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to maximise value for money.
* Coordinate Continuity Plan.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Oversee maintenance and repair of facilities.
* Coordinate space planning and manage office moves.
* Prepare and manage the budget forecast and management for all services.
* Manage team performance
* Contribute to sustainability initiatives within the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Facilities Manager should have:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Facilities Management or a related field - BIFM Member Grade or above
* NEBOSH knowledge of Health & Safety legislation & statutory requirements.
* Change management experience
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
* Knowledge of Data Protection Act
* Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
* Microsoft Office 365 experience
