Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting an educational business with the appointment of HR Support on a 6 month fixed term contract basis.
This is a newly created role to address specific gaps in the HR department. The role will focus on updating correspondence templates, writing standard operating procedures for HR processes, and providing iTrent expertise for system cleansing and tidying up.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Updating correspondence templates:
Revise and update all templates to ensure they are current and compliant with employment laws.
Ensure templates are written in the business's tone of voice.
2. Writing Standard Operating Procedures:
Develop and document SOPs for various HR processes.
Ensure SOPs are comprehensive, legally compliant, and written in the business's tone of voice.
3. iTrent system expertise:
Provide expertise in iTrent to support system cleansing and tidying up.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the iTrent system.
