Reporting to the Manager, you will be the first point of contact for student wellbeing issues and concerns raised by staff about students. You will serve as a link between faculties and Student Services on matters like student engagement and general wellbeing that may affect academic success.
Ideal candidates will have experience in addressing welfare issues for adult learners and vulnerable groups, with exceptional interpersonal skills, including empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality. You should be confident in handling challenging situations with a professional approach.
This is a year-round position requiring excellent communication, literacy, and IT skills. You should be capable of working independently and as part of a team. The environment can be high-pressure, so the ability to remain calm, multi-task efficiently, and maintain professional boundaries is essential.
