H is nil by mouth and requires support to ensure her feed is administered through her mini button. H is great young woman to support, with a sense of humour and who wants to be able to get out and about and enjoy life using her powered wheelchair. H attends collage Monday to Friday and is doing her GCSE's as well as an Art course and is looking for her support staff to support her to be able to do this. H likes listening to music and watching movies and clicks quickly with a person if they are talkative, inquisitive and take time to get to know H as a person. During the college holidays, H would like staff to help her be able to access activities of her choice and be involved in her community. The Ideal candidate will have to have previous experience working within complex care or a healthcare environment and be in good general health as there is a requirement of moving and handling. The refer a friend scheme is worth £200 in total. This is split £100 after the person has worked 100 hours and then another £100 when they have passed probation (6 months usually).
