A highly regarded, award-winning law firm is seeking a Corporate Governance Assistant to join their dynamic team. This firm is known for its client-focused approach, fostering strong relationships, and delivering comprehensive legal support across various sectors.
In this role, you will support the Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial team, managing client communications and independently leading diverse governance and compliance matters. Responsibilities include administering registered office services, preparing and handling board meetings, managing statutory registers and filings, conducting company searches, and supporting corporate transactions.
Key skills and qualifications:
* Experience in corporate governance.
* Solid knowledge of the Companies Act 2006 and governance requirements.
* Highly organized, with strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
* Flexible and proactive approach.
* Interest or qualifications in company secretarial work are desirable.
