Responsible for day-to-day administrative support of Masimo’s Global Sales Team. The position will work closely with Sales Operations, IS and Operations teams to maintain processes, reports and systems for Global Health and Africa orders. This role requires a strong service mindset to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Global Health and Africa divisions to assist in managing varying administrative projects.( works during PST )
2. Develop consistent and pro-active communications with customers on shipment status, delays, and other updates.
3. Proactively anticipates shipment issues and works internally and externally to resolve issues in a timely manner.
4. Resolve customer order queries and issues and provide order status to customers.
5. Communicate quality-related information to customers and coordinate internally with the team.
6. Promote and maintain a positive, professional, customer-centric culture to customer questions.
7. Perform regular review of overdue orders and orders on hold.
8. Coordinate supply and shipment of evaluation units, samples, and other supplies.
9. Other duties as assigned.
