What we’re looking for: Registered Nurse: Registered Nurse with NMC registration. Experience in Senior Role: Previous experience in a senior nursing or management role. Your day-to-day: Leadership and Team Management: Assist the Nurse Manager in leading and managing the nursing and care staff. Care Delivery: Engage with service users to understand their needs and ensure the delivery of outstanding care services. Compliance and Safeguarding: Identify referral pathways for safeguarding adult abuse and ensure compliance with CQC standards.
