We are recruiting for a Product Manager for a fixed term contract. If you have experience in Money and Mortgages, including loans, credit cards, bank accounts, car finance, mortgages, etc., we'd love to hear from you!
You will be involved directly in all activities required to go from strategy through ideation to delivery. You will own the vision, shaping and building strategies and roadmaps for your product(s), thinking beyond the day to day, as well as manage the backlog, writing user stories, and working with technical members of the team while being directly exposed to customers through research, prototyping, experimentation, data analysis, and testing.
A Product Manager's purpose is to ensure the team delivers exceptional experiences that benefit both our customers and the business. They ensure the team explores problem spaces, compares solution suitability, and iteratively moves towards an identified outcome while considering things through an external commercial lens.
You'll be:
1. Highly influential
2. Highly commercial

4. Having a good understanding of modern, customer-centric product and experience development approaches and techniques
5. Understanding how to collect and use data that can drive effective decision making
6. Having a broad awareness of all the activities involved in experience development
7. Having some knowledge and exposure to financial products (e.g., loans, credit cards, bank accounts, car finance, etc.)
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding the wider market and customer need, and opportunity, and translating this into potential epics
2. Analysing and breaking down requirements and communicating these clearly to the team for delivery
3. Creating and managing the backlog with high quality stories that are up-to-date and prioritised in line with team objectives
4. Continuous improvement and innovation to customer experiences (internal and external) and team processes
5. Making high quality decisions within the team through appropriate use of data
