We are looking for a Revenue and Credit Controller, reporting to the Head of Credit Control, to be based in our office in Woking.
Responsibilities:
Credit Control
1. Responsibility for ensuring prompt debtor collection from your own ledger
2. Telephoning and chasing debts
3. Updating sales records for all customer invoices and payments received
4. Resolution of customer queries working with Project and Sales teams
5. Weekly problem debtors review
Maintenance Renewals
1. Manage Customer Subscriptions
2. Prepare and Send Yearly quotes
3. Process and Manage queries and changes working with Sales and Support
4. Chase for Purchase Orders
Sales Invoicing
1. Monthly, quarterly and annual maintenance invoicing
2. Project Invoicing and Manage Large Contract Billing
3. Reconciliation of Key Contracts
Account Payable
1. Manage Ledger and deal with queries
2. Manage Payment Runs
3. Review Open Purchase orders
4. Assistance with preparation of quarterly VAT returns
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
1. Previous credit control roles
2. Knowledge of Subscription Management preferred
3. Dealing with clients
4. Accurate, disciplined and organised
5. Good Communication skills
