Marketing Manager – Exciting Opportunity with a Growing Brand We are looking for a talented and dynamic Marketing Manager to join a rapidly scaling business in the non-alcoholic beverage sector. This is a unique opportunity to drive brand growth, develop impactful marketing campaigns, and shape the future of a purpose-driven brand. About the Role: Reporting to the Managing Director, with collaboration alongside the Founder & Creative Director, the Marketing Manager will lead the charge in balancing short-term revenue delivery with long-term brand development. This role requires strategic vision, hands-on execution, and the ability to manage external resources effectively. Key Responsibilities Brand Management: Create and tailor content for the primary target market, aligning with the brand’s values of being natural, beautiful, delicious, and beneficial. Integrated Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing strategies across digital, print, social media, PR, and partnerships to drive acquisition, retention, and brand awareness – with priority for Direct to Consumer (DTC) channel growth. DTC Growth: Lead DTC initiatives with a focus on increasing customer lifetime value through subscriptions, email campaigns, and other digital channels. The brand is seeking 100% year on year growth for 2025. Partnerships: Identify and develop collaborations with like-minded brands to extend reach and amplify the brand’s mission. Sales Support: Provide marketing materials and event support to help the sales team achieve their targets. Market Insights: Conduct market research to refine strategies and optimise campaigns. Budget Management: Allocate resources efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing efforts. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse campaign results, market trends, and brand metrics to continually improve marketing effectiveness. Support Line management / leadership / strategy support External digital, design and PR resource 1 x direct report - Brand and Customer Assistant (full-time) Access to consumer goods sales team for collaboration and activation What’s on Offer Salary: up to £40,000 per annum. Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Working Style: Hybrid – London office, home, and periodic visits to partners as required.
