Customer Service Coordinator, up to £26k a year DOE, Monday to Friday, No weekend working, private health care, 28 days holiday, permanent position, additional technical training offered.
Location: Cleckheaton
This position is with a UK Automotive business that is a leading player in their sector – supporting the Service Department in a wide variety of activities including parts and product support.
The Customer Service Coordinator would suit someone who has good communication skills, is detail-oriented, a problem solver with customer service skills, and the ability to work constructively with a variety of stakeholders with a tactful and positive approach.
Responsibilities:
* Receive calls relating to vehicles and support customers through the rectification process to a successful conclusion.
* Provide regular updates and reports for outstanding work.
* Provide parts and service quotes.
* Create invoices for completed work.
* Continuously inform and keep all parties updated on the progress of each case.
Ideal Candidate:
* Team player that can work well with others.
* Computer literate and proficient with packages such as Word and Excel.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Good sense of humour.
* Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently.
* Previous experience within a Manufacturing / Engineering environment desirable.
