Lettings Administrator £12 per hour Nottingham city centre Monday to Friday 10 am - 3 pm As a Lettings Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of duties including answering phones, emails, greeting visitors, and completing administrative tasks. This is a brilliant opportunity to get into the property industry for an administrator with excellent communication skills. The contract will start on a temporary basis for a few months. Duties will include: Answering incoming calls and emails for both Lettings and Sales, dealing with their property requirements Carrying out referencing and admin procedures for each property using a checklist Greeting visitors in the office Matching registered applicants with properties new to the market Arranging viewings, liaising with both Tenant and Landlords Managing diaries for lettings and sales Advertising properties Other reasonable administrative / customer service duties.Skills and Experience required: A smiley, bubbly people person Admin experience in a fast-paced setting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to work at a fast pace with accuracyMore information: This is a temporary contract for at least a few months The role is fully office based in Nottingham city centre Expected Start Date: 20th January There could be scope to increase hours over busier periods.Apply NOW to avoid disappointment
