Job Description
The Global Campaign Manager, Customer Marketing creates and executes global campaigns to generate and progress opportunities with our existing customers. You will lead campaigns from inception to design and build, and execution.
This is a demand generation focused role for a senior marketer, requiring the ability to think strategically and execute flawlessly, partnering with our sales and customers services organization to drive customer advocacy and retention.
Essential Duties and Accountabilities
1. Design marketing campaign plans aligned to go to market priorities, with clear strategy and relevant tactics to drive demand
2. Ability to translate value proposition and messaging into compelling campaigns that address customers’ needs
3. Design and manage production of high value short and long form content that delivers against campaign objectives, managing internal and external agencies
4. Partner with regional marketing, partner marketing and sales teams to ensure effective execution that results in closed won deals
5. Monitor, review and report on campaign activity and results
6. Own the campaign from start to finish, keeping stakeholders informed on progress

Qualifications
Essential :
15. Significant experience in the marketing of software products
16. Excellent understanding of demand generation
17. Demonstrable ability to execute campaigns effectively to achieve targets
18. Undergraduate degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing or a related business field (or relevant training/experience)
19. Fluent English. Other languages are always a benefit.
Desirable :
20. Experience working within a global, virtual environment and matrix organization
21. Experience developing and executing ABM programs
