Vacancy - Development Manager

We are seeking a Development Manager, based in Glasgow or Liverpool, to join our experienced Group Estates Team to play a key role in supporting the delivery of £5 billion of investment projects over the next 5 years across the Group.
Your Role
In this new and exciting role, you will manage a broad spectrum of projects, working in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders from inception through to delivery. You will play a key role in identifying, planning and delivering new commercial opportunities which champion our sustainability objectives, as well as developing plans to ensure we maximise value from our current land and properties. You will build and maintain positive relationships with regulators, contractors and consultants, to identify and support the delivery of projects which align to organisation and customer expectations.
What you'll bring
You will be a Development Manager, or an Assistant Development Manager ready to take the next step in your career, with experience of driving commercial projects through the development process. You will have the proven ability to identify, appraise and prepare due diligence reports for Board approvals to successfully bring commercial opportunities to market.
You will have strong influencing and negotiating skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will ideally be RICS qualified or committed to achieving this.
