This is an exciting opportunity to join Ratton School in a role dedicated to helping students thrive and achieve by leading on the behaviour and pastoral support in the designated year group through the consistent implementation of our behaviour management policy under the direction of the Year Leader.
In this role, you will lead the Behaviour and Pastoral Support initiatives across year groups, ensuring the consistent application of our behaviour management policy under the direction of the Year Leaders.
