A Typical Day in the Job: Delivery of Managed Services, new installations and ICT Projects. Providing customer support on issues and new requirements. Fulfilling new orders, liaising with service providers. Develop the product range, expand the range of services and internal support systems. Account development including assisting with proposals. Supporting in Technical sales, Marketing and Business Development. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary, Hours & Benefits: £14,000-£17,000 per annum. Monday to Friday 9am-4pm, overtime may be required depending on workload. 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays Company events. Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: Sound analytical and structured thinking skills, to ensure excellent service delivery and reliability. Good presentation and communication skills with the ability to handle client relationships at all levels and establish personal relationships. Ability to grasp non-technical issues such as giving advice, dealing with contractual implications, negotiating and supplier disputes. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services would be beneficial. A real interest and passion for IT. Ambitious and driven to build a career in IT. Ability to work as part of a team and independently. Grade 5 in GCSE English and Grade 4 in GCSE Maths.
