WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…
1. Be a champion of brand standards & ensure guest & team safety at all times.
2. Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business.
3. Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests, keeping them coming back.
4. Be the role model and guide training and development within the team.
