Job Description
1. Assist in payroll processing for the company's employees
2. Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
3. Resolve any payroll discrepancies that may occur
4. Prepare reports detailing payroll expenditures
5. Work closely with the HR department to ensure correct employee data
6. Assist with audits by providing necessary payroll data
7. Stay updated on payroll tax laws and regulations
8. Handle any employee inquiries relating to payroll
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Assistant should have:
1. Sound knowledge of payroll practices and principles
2. Proficiency in using payroll software
