It is ESSENTIAL THAT YOU HAVE UK RTW DOCUMENTS IN PLACE. You will need to be an experienced Maintenance Engineer with either full Electrical or Mechanical qualifications and to be proactive and methodical within your approach to your work. Previous experience of carrying out the planned and reactive maintenance to electrical single phase and three phase systems, control panels, air conditioning systems, motors, pumps, UPS, power generators etc.
Duties:
Operating and maintaining all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment and systems under a rigorous change management system to maintain 100% uptime availability.
Monitoring and troubleshooting all site/plant equipment support systems to include logging and responding to incidents/events, problems, changes, monitoring, problem escalation/notification/ resolution and all other aspects of site support (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, generators, fire alarms and suppression etc)
Utilising maximum capabilities of all operational systems including BMS, PMS, CMS
Managing sub-contracted resources, as necessary, to deliver a safe and quality service to the business.
Management and coordination of all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) scheduled activity.
