The role of the Business Development Manager - Contract Kitchens will involve:
1. Contract Business Development Manager position selling our clients' manufactured range of contract kitchens.
2. Focusing on PBSA, student accommodation, PRS, and build-to-rent market.
3. All of your time will be focused on selling to Tier 1 contractors such as MACE, Skanska, Grahams, Galliford Try, Kier, GMI, etc.
4. You will be inundated with incoming high-rise leads.
5. Once up & running, you will be expected to turnover circa £2m.
The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager - Contract Kitchens with:
1. Experience selling to Tier 1 contractors.
2. Experience selling contract kitchens.
3. Ability to communicate at all levels.
4. Charismatic, personable, professional, and confident.
5. IT literate.
