Responsibilities:
Processing invoices and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
Contacting internal depots to retrieve and match required paperwork.
Providing efficient support in resolving queries and clearing backlogs.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a purchase ledger or similar role.
Comfortable with making calls to internal teams and ensuring timely paperwork management.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
