Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons to students across KS3 and KS4. Use a variety of teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles and abilities. Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support where needed. Foster a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies. Contribute to departmental meetings and curriculum development. Support students in preparing for their GCSE exams, helping them build confidence in their mathematical skills. What We're Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Mathematics or a related subject. Proven experience teaching Maths at the secondary level, with strong subject knowledge. A passion for mathematics and a commitment to helping students succeed. Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
