As Facilities Manager, you will play a crucial role in upholding our mission by ensuring that our facilities provide a safe, welcoming, and functional environment for our residents. You will oversee the daily operations of our facilities, manage maintenance and safety protocols, and implement improvements that enhance the quality of life for our residents. Key Responsibilities:
o Manage the overall operation and maintenance of facilities across our communities.
o Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
o Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects.
o Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
o Supervise and train facilities staff, promoting a culture of excellence and safety.
o Manage supplier contracts and relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery.
o Monitor budgets and financial management related to facilities operations.
What We Are Looking For In A Successful Candidate:
* Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
