Your new company: You will be joining a global law firm in an exciting CRM Executive role that will work closely with the BD team, fee-earners, & international CRM colleagues on a key roll-out project. The firm is a big investor in their people & has a well-regarded, professional BD team that is highly valued for the work they do & the impact they have. You’ll be joining a group of skilled, knowledgeable, & diverse people who work collaboratively together to achieve success.
Your new role: As the CRM Executive, you will help launch InterAction in the London office & implement best practices with fee-earners. This is an exciting opportunity to really show the value of the software & leave an impactful mark on how the firm engages with it. You’ll work closely with the BD team & CRM colleagues internationally, who will provide support & you’ll also ensure data integrity across the database. This CRM Executive role is a full-time contract for 12 months. The role is based in central London with a 3/2 hybrid working arrangement.
What you’ll need to succeed:
1. 2+ years’ experience with InterAction
2. Previous experience working within professional services in an LLP/Partnership environment – legal is beneficial
3. Confident communicator who will be comfortable working closely with stakeholders & educating them on using a CRM
