I am currently working with a Domiciliary Care provider in Stoke on Trent who are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to help continue the continued success and grow current Domiciliary hours and help start up a new Supported Living business. This company is open to work with both Local Authorities and privately funded clients to grow their business. You will be supported in this role by a dedicated team to help you achieve your goals.
What’s on offer:
1. £40,000 + Bonuses based on growth
2. Up to 33 days annual leave.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
5. To have an impact on Domiciliary Care hours and help retain current clients.
6. To promote the service on social media and the community to increase new client referrals.
7. To manage relationships with stakeholders.
8. To manage a new start up supported living business by gaining traction.
9. Working with Local Authorities generation business and maintaining relationships.
10. Great time management in a busy work environment, work under pressure
11. Learning new systems with guidance.
Registered Manager Requirements:
12. Displayed ability to grow a businesses hours or size of a company.
13. Must have a UK Driving Licence.
