Job Description
As a Payment Operations Specialist, you will provide first-line functional support to the business and our suppliers for our procurement systems. This role involves collaborating with a wide range of people to deliver outstanding customer service for our colleagues and suppliers.
* You will update master data in the procurement system, including user access, vendors, catalogue listings, and accounting cost centres.
* Monitoring and resolving transactions that have failed to complete successfully is also a key part of this role.
* You will support users to create, process, and maintain their PRs and POs, manage Chatbots, and assign tickets to the relevant departments.
