Job Title: Business Systems Manager Level: 2B Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 Location: Chilcomb House, Winchester Hours: 37 hours per week Type of Contract: Permanent Referral Category: Category A Job Description: Business Systems Manager Do you want to transform how technology is used across an impactful local charity? As the Business Systems Manager you will work as the project lead across matrix teams to lead and optimise our EPOS and CRM systems ensuring these are fit for the future and ensuring ownership across all aspects of HCT. You’ll work with a matrix project team across the trust to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency as well as delivering tailored training and support to our teams. A bit about you You will have proven experience in the implementation, configuration and matenance of EPOS and CRM systems – within retail or customer-facing environments will be a huge plus Your experience in managing vendor relationships and project management will also be essential in getting stuff done. Travel across Hampshire will be key as you get to know our systems in action and meet our teams across our 20 venues.
