Your future, your role
As a Data Engineering Manager, you'll be:
* Responsible for leading a team of data modelers and data visualization experts.
* Developing and executing the data engineering roadmap in line with the strategic objectives of mydentist and the Data & Analytics function.
* Collaborating across the business teams to understand enterprise data needs and priorities.
* Developing cutting-edge solutions using services from MS Fabric and other cloud-based data engineering tools.
* Leading, mentoring, and developing the Data Engineering team while fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration.
Your skills:
* 5+ years experience with hands-on data engineering and data modeling experience.
* 2+ years experience managing a team of data professionals (Data modelers and Visualization engineers).
* Expert in SQL with strong knowledge of data modeling techniques (conceptual, logical, physical).
* Experience with MS Azure (i.e. Data Factory), MS Fabric, MS Power BI, SSRS and SQL Integration Services.
* Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD in data environments.
