Regional Dealer Principal – Greater London & South-East England

The Mission
To manage the overall performance of the Renault Trucks wholly-owned operations adhering to the Volvo Group culture and accepted behaviours. Success in this position means reaching high levels of employee engagement, high customer satisfaction and leading financial performance. This role reports directly to the Managing Director of Renault Trucks UK & Ireland and is a key member of the Retail & Contract Hire leadership team. It involves close collaboration with Retail and Fleet customers, as well as with internal functions at both the local and market levels. The position holds decision-making authority in line with AB Volvo's authorisation guidelines for the role.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
* Implement brand and group strategies, actions and tools to support an effective and efficient business.
* Achieve the business plan objectives for new truck sales, workshop, parts sales and extended offerings.
* Contribute to the production of established business reports in line with Market company requests.
* Ensure adherence of Dealers and support functions to operating standards of safety and compliance.
* Set and communicate appropriate key performance indicators to monitor truck centre performance, initiate action and follow-up results to drive continuous improvements.
* Manage and drive Renault CAT (Customer Action Team) and CRM activities to optimise business development opportunities and improvements in customer satisfaction and services.
* Manage local customer campaigns and events with the support of local and market Marcoms.
* Contribute to our ambition to become a true customer-centric company.

* Manage and develop operations and use resources efficiently through leadership driven by Volvo Group values.
* Demonstrate leadership across all managerial responsibilities utilising tools such as Touchpoint and Glint.
Who are you?
* Preferred educational and/or training qualifications and experience:
o Degree level qualification preferably in a business or engineering related subject or equivalent relevant experience.
o Significant experience or formal training in leadership, communication and people skills is essential.
o Demonstrating a high level of competence in each of the Volvo Group Leadership competencies.

* Excellent communicator with a talent for understanding different perspectives.
* Tangible results in leading teams to success through people engagement.
* Demonstrable customer-centric approach and an ability to cultivate this mindset across all teams.
* Broad generalist profile capable of understanding key business metrics and what needs to be actioned to deliver profit and cash flow.
* Strong understanding of the retail business environment with extensive experience in retail sales operations management.
* Interest in the commercial vehicle industry.
* Able to demonstrate a clear vision, global mindset and successful people & culture leadership.
