Position: 1:1 Teaching Assistant (SEN)
Location: Weymouth, Primary School
Opportunities: Part-time & Full-time positions available

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to individual SEN pupils within a classroom environment.
* Assist with classroom activities and ensure children are engaged and progressing.
* Work closely with the class teacher to implement specific learning strategies and targets.
* Foster a supportive, inclusive environment for students to thrive academically and socially.
* Help with personal care or additional support where needed, depending on the child’s requirements.

* Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational or SEN setting.
* A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting children with SEN.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
