Overview:
AM Wines is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commission-Based Sales Representative to expand our presence in international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business and fostering relationships with restaurants, wine bars, hotels, and other hospitality-related businesses to promote and sell rare, high-quality undervalued wines sourced from trusted distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Generation: Identify, target, and acquire new clients in the hospitality sector (restaurants, wine bars, hotels, etc.) in your designated region.
* Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
* Wine Promotion: Present and sell AM Wines' exclusive wine offerings, emphasizing quality, rarity, and value.
* Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our wines and effectively communicate the benefits and unique selling points to potential clients.
* Lead Management: Prospect and follow up on leads through cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
* Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts using a CRM system.
* Market Feedback: Provide insights and feedback to AM Wines on market trends, client preferences, and competition.
Requirements:
* Proven sales experience in the wine or hospitality industry (experience with high-end wines is a plus).
* Strong network and relationships within the restaurant, bar, and hotel industry.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong ability to close deals.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
* Passion for wine and a deep understanding of the wine industry.
