We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused frontline worker to join our Smokefree Knowsley Team. The role will involve talking to members of the public and helping them to access our Smokefree Service and other public health services. The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with customers on the phone, be a good listener and enjoy helping clients. In return, you will be joining a fantastic team of people who have varied backgrounds in public health and working with communities.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Level 2 in Business Administration or Customer Service or equivalent knowledge and experience
* Word processing to RSA 2 standard International Computer Driving License (IDCL) or able to demonstrate appropriate level of skill
* Current Full Driving License
Knowledge and Experience
* Knowledge of a range of routine administration procedures
* Knowledge of stock control
* Previous experience of working with the general public
* Ability to deal with potentially challenging and distressed people
* Previous NHS experience
