Finishing Foreman - Blaydon

Our client is looking for an finishing foreman to join a residential project in Blaydon.
The contract is for 1 month.
Duites:
* Overseeing trades and labour on site to ensure work is carried out to plan.
* Make pre-snagging lists, coordinate all subcontractors and complete all snagging.
* Supervise all internal sub-contractors and trades.
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to quality control, inspections, and snagging activities.
Requirements for the Role:
1. A valid CSCS card. SSSTS & First Aid
2. Previous experience working as a finishing foreman on residential units
3. Own PPE - high viz vest, safety glasses, hard hat and steel capped boots
