About the Role:
Are you passionate about education and eager to make a difference in children's lives? We are looking for a dedicated KS2 Classroom Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant primary school in Marton. This role involves supporting the class teacher, helping pupils with their learning, and contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
* Provide individual support to pupils, including those with special educational needs.
* Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
* Support pupils' social and emotional development.
* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
About You:
* Compassionate and motivated with a genuine interest in education.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3) are a plus.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
